Have you ever wondered what the Bible really says?

Cornerstone Church's Easy Access is ideally suited to those new to, or looking into the Christian faith.Easy Access is a-hop a-skip and a-jump through the main themes of the Bible, from Genesis to Jesus, over six consecutive weeks.The meetings include many of the features found in our regular services such as worship, prayer and a message. But they also include special features such as interviews, though-provoking songs, power point slides and video clips all interwoven to make a coherent whole. Free handouts are provided to give useful background information.

Easy Access runs concurrently with our main morning service - from 10.30am until 12noon in the drama studio on the Bluecoat Campus. All the usual crèche and children's activities will take place concurrently, leaving those who come free to concentrate on what is happening.

  • Understanding the character of God and why he made the universe and people

Week 2
  • Why is the world in a mess?
  • Why is there so much suffering in the world?

Week 3
  • God's Chosen People, the people of Israel
  • The ten commandments
  • The sacrificial system

Week 4
  • Who is Jesus?
  • What is so special about Jesus?
  • Is he just a good man or something more?

Week 5
  • Why did Jesus have to die?
  • Was Jesus meant to die or did God's plan go wrong?
  • What did Jesus' death and resurrection achieve?

Week 6
  • The Resurrection and Return of Christ
  • Did Jesus rise from the dead?.
  • Will he come back?
  • If so what should my response be?
